Chairman - Advisory Board
Richard is a proven senior business leader. During his 27-year career in the Banking & Finance industry, he held senior leadership positions in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and the UK. Richard now holds a number of key South Australian board positions, across multiple industries. Richard has an impressive educational record including Harvard Business School and is currently a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Richard brings to his role as the Chairman of the Advisory Board extensive business knowledge, a broad network and experience in leadership, governance and strategy.
Steve brings to the Advisory Board experience in Construction Management as well as strong network in the South Australian construction industry. His extensive on-ground construction experience provides a necessary link between the high level leadership of the Advisory Board and the challenges of day-to-day operations. As well as his role on the Advisory Board, Steve is active in the business in Project Management and mentoring of junior personnel.

Prior to commencing legal practice in 2006, Tracey had a successful 19-year career in the building and construction industry working in the area of Contract Administration and Project Management.
Tracey is an experienced solicitor, specialising in dispute resolution and risk management, whose practice encompasses all levels of the construction industry from small subcontractors to multinational engineering companies and tier 1 builders across Australia.
Voted by her peers for the last 3 years running in Doyle’s Construction Guide as a recommended (in 2016) and leading construction and infrastructure litigation lawyer and front end construction lawyer in 2017/2018.
As the General Manager, Cameron leads the Senior Management Group on day to day operations of Cook Building, as well as provides the necessary link to the Advisory Board of Directors.
Cameron has a strong background in Management Systems, including Compliance and Risk Management, and Project Management from a range of industries including Tourism, Mining and Construction. His previous roles at Cook Building include Corporate Services Manager, responsible for the Financial, HR, WHS, Quality, Marketing and IT functions of the organisation, as well as commercial Project Manager.
As the Operations Manager, Anthony is responsible for providing strategic development and leadership to the Project Managers & Coordinators, and Estimating teams. Working alongside our Senior Management Group, he assists in developing and strengthening Cook Building’s tendering and project delivery outcomes, as well as fostering goals to accomplish long-term success.
Drawing on his 20 years industry experience in both builder and client-side roles, his ability to understand Client needs creates and nurtures long-term relationships.
With a notable career in the construction industry, Chris has held executive positions with major South Australian and National construction companies. His personable and professional approach promotes collaboration and communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery and quality outcomes for clients.
