The project for the South Australian Housing Authority comprises four single storey residences, 2 two-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom houses. These low cost residences were designed to adopt innovative construction methods to accommodate for residents with a disability. The challenges were to comply with the dimensional criteria required to accommodate for people with a disability on relatively small building blocks, as well as provisions for carports and backyards.

Following some intensive brain storming and collaboration with architects, services engineers and subcontractors, the final outcome was an attractive low cost small housing complex to the full satisfaction of a government client.
