A National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) project located in the northern Adelaide suburb of Salisbury, comprising of 10 single-storey NDIS Platinum Level Dwellings (5 x 2 bedroom dwellings, and 5 x 3 bedroom dwellings), 1 single-storey Uniting Communities Carers Residence, and an outdoor community area.

To meet the Disability Code AS1428.1, Liveable Housing Australia (LHA) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) design standards, all dwellings are designed with step-less entries, extra wide doors and passageways, ceiling hoists for high physical support needs, and wheelchair accessibility.
