Cook Building were engaged to design and construct a four townhouse project in Norwood. Our team faced the challenges of construction within a tight space along with restricted access to the property due to streetscape and parking issues. The team overcame these challenges through strict traffic control and effective timing of deliveries, subcontractors and civil works.

Our team designed this project through client collaboration to meet the clients’ needs. The three townhouses at the rear were designed for on sell. All dwellings were rendered and painted, timber floors, timber staircases and 2pac kitchens with stone tops.

The project was a turn key delivery and included all civil, landscaping, driveway, retaining walls and fencing completed prior to handover.
