WINNER – Urban Development Institute of Australia National Award. WEST Stage 1 announced best medium density development in the country.

WEST is a large medium density residential development for Commercial & General, in collaboration with Studio 9 Architects, located in the former AAMI Stadium site at West Lakes. Earlier stages have been completed with a total of 74 individual dwellings, with ongoing contracts of another 7 dwellings currently under construction.

Earlier stages were delivered under a Lump Sum contract, with current stages being delivered under a Design and Construct arrangement.
