The need for a bigger premises saw Cook Building work with Gawler Animal Hospital to refurbish a former mechanics workshop into a leading veterinary facility in South Australia. Working closely with specialist veterinary architect, Therian, the scope included a full civil, structural and associated services refurbishment, as well as a medical grade veterinary fit-out.

We worked closely with the timeframes required by the veterinary practices to ensure a smooth transition from the existing premises, and into the new build. The final build timeframe was an efficient 10 weeks from demolition to practical completion.
