Cook Building were approached by the client to assist with value management to help realise the project due to a positive relationship built from previous projects.

Comprising 7 x community titled double storey dwellings in a picturesque creek setting, the facades consist of a palette of natural stone, render, steel and aluminium. The interiors complement the exteriors comprising natural stone, 2-pac and timber surfaces. External works included extensive landscaping, a paving bridge and levee bank to complete the setting.

This project involved a high level of collaboration between all parties and has resulted in a truly impressive community development that is contemporary, luxurious and sophisticated.
