Mary MacKillop College and Cook Building have built a solid relationship over the last 5 years delivering multiple stages of refurbishments across the premises. Refurbishments include a new library, classroom upgrades, year 12 study and common rooms, a new digital learning space, staff offices and common facility upgrades. Through the managing contractor delivery methodology, we have worked transparently with the school to ensure their scope and budget has been met, year after year.
