In 2021, Cook Building completed the fit-out works for Paragon Medical + Dental Centre, a state-of-the-art multi-specialty clinic with various medical facilities under one roof. The existing space has been well utilised with several treatment rooms built to including a laser and dental treatment room, and 14x consultation rooms. It also features a dedicated call centre, a conference room with adjoining staff kitchen, and a reception and waiting area.

To future-proof the operation of the medical practice, significant upgrades to the services infrastructure was required, as well as new DDA-compliant access ramps and a lift.

Works were completed whilst maintaining full operations of the swim centre below which provides swimming lessons to children as young as 6 months old. Because of this, public safety was paramount. Several measures were taken to ensure workplace safety, and creating an open and trusting relationship, with constant communication, with the occupants below was crucial to the success of the project.
